Brick by Brick

I think the appropriate track (For us) of that Iggy Pop album was "Home". In four short days (with temperatures just above freezing), we were able to construct three bearing walls.

The image below shows the lone outer bearing wall, contructed of a custom grey ground face block with the red brick masonry turning the front corner. Just a prelude of what's to come.
